Diva Sketch Challenge 123 - Play Date card

I was inspired by Alisa Tilsner’s card which she did for the Utah Divas International Sketch Challenge. I thought I'd make a birthday card for my friend's little boy - he turns 5 in May but I'm having a baby in 6 weeks so I'm attempting to get all the cards for this year sorted. Optimistic, I know! :)

Materials used:
Stamp - Teeny Tiny Sentiments
Ink - Chocolate Chip, Old Olive (for sponging edge of DSP), Versamark (for edges)
Cardstock - Chocolate Chip, Real Red, Old Olive
Patterned Paper - Play Date DSP
Accessories - Spiral Border Punch, 1 3/4 Scallop Punch, sponges, misc blue brad.

  1. Great card Alison. LOVE your take on the sketch. Thanks for joining in. Look forward to seeing more of your creations :)

  2. Great card, Alison! Thanks for playing along with us!

Congrats on the baby, and I hope you get your to-do list done! ;)

  3. love your take on the sketch alison. just enough 'quirks' to make it really fun. hope you can play along again. xoxo
