Stampin' Up! - Fox & Friends - CASE

Dear Everyone

Here is a card I made for my son's first birthday - it's a CASE of a STUNNING card by the extraordinary
Lisa Young.

btw...CASE means 'Copy & Share/Steal Everything'....which is card-maker speak for copying a card design by someone else....making minor adjustments but essentially it is someone elses idea...so it's always good "karma" to get permission and then link to the original card creator.

I asked if I could publish my version and she very generously said 'yes'...so please visit her blog and have a look at her original design and all the lovely accessories that she made to match it. She really is SO talented!!

Hope you like my version! :)

Diva Sketch Challenge 123 - Play Date card

I was inspired by Alisa Tilsner’s card which she did for the Utah Divas International Sketch Challenge. I thought I'd make a birthday card for my friend's little boy - he turns 5 in May but I'm having a baby in 6 weeks so I'm attempting to get all the cards for this year sorted. Optimistic, I know! :)

Materials used:
Stamp - Teeny Tiny Sentiments
Ink - Chocolate Chip, Old Olive (for sponging edge of DSP), Versamark (for edges)
Cardstock - Chocolate Chip, Real Red, Old Olive
Patterned Paper - Play Date DSP
Accessories - Spiral Border Punch, 1 3/4 Scallop Punch, sponges, misc blue brad.
