Dear Stampin friends
Today's theme from Dynamic Duos is Crumb Cake + Basic Black with an option of wet embossing. My sketch is from this week's Mojo Monday challenge.
Now as you can see I didn't use wet embossing but I DID try.....I had these cute little black embossed butterflies from Papillon Potpourri and I was going to put three across my horizontal panel but they just didn't 'work' so I used a scrap piece of crumb cake that had already been punched as a flower and I distressed it and split it to give that faux suede effect. That seemed to work better than my butterflies. Sorry butterflies!! :)
