Hi

Welcome to this week's Create with Connie and Mary Thursday Challenge.

Here are the essentials:

  • The background is a piece of Delightful Dijon DSP from the Bohemian DSP pack.
  • The sentiment is from Butterfly Basics
  • The layered butterfly is from a combo of framelits - Sahara Sand layer from the ‘Butterflies’ Framelits and the Lost Lagoon layer from the "Bold Butterfly” framelits
  • The card is 12 cm x 12 cm square.
Here are our colours for this week

  1. Simply gorgeous, Alison! The blue butterfly layered over the Sahara Sand piece looks so neat, and the Dijon flower is a pretty little accessory!

  3. Love how the pretty details - lacy butterfly, flower, scallop, pretty script - on the strip contrast with the plain background pattern! Great card!

  5. I love how you used Sahara Sand behind the Lost Lagoon on the butterfly. Never would have thought of using those colors in that way!
