I got out of my comfort zone with this card. The layered sketches always push me to use patterned paper and more than white on white. This is a Color Coach card using Always Artichoke, Crumb Cake and Wisteria Wonder.
I embossed the entire Very Vanilla base of my card with the Spring Flowers Embossing Folder. On top of this I layered a piece of Always Artichoke retired DSP (the one with the Shakespeare prose on it) and stamped it with the Hardwood stamp - tone on tone. I did the same with a plain piece of Crumb Cake card stock.
I had a tag that I had clear embossed/Gold Encore inked with I Love Lace sitting in my scraps drawer so I layered this between the the layers - its a cool feature peeking out.
My main image uses Painted Petals. The leaves are stamped with Always Artichoke and the flowers are Wisteria Wonder. To create some faux layers, I stamped off some flowers with Crumb Cake and stamped off some stalks with Always Artichoke around the edges.
I embellished with some Linen Thread and some little pearls that were coloured with Wisteria Wonder Blendabilities.
