Stampin' Up! Australia - Stampin' Up! Dotty Angles

Hi

Welcome to this week's Create with Connie and Mary Thursday Challenge.

I had a beautiful sketch all planned out from the other night....all my best ideas come to me at 11pm just as I'm getting ready for bed.  I had written it down on a post it note and sat down this evening to make the blueprint come to life.....

....that is until I discovered that my 4 year old son had removed the handle of my Big Shot and hidden it in a location that he had since forgotten.

Brilliant.

So the following card was made as my anger slowly bubbled and consumed me. >:{

It was clean and simple out of sheer necessity!

 Here are our colours for this week....

Card recipe

Stamp - Dotty Angles, Happy Birthday Everyone
Ink - Watermelon Wonder, Pool Party, Tuxedo Black Memento Ink
Cardstock - Whisper White Thick cardstock, Whisper White CS
Tools - Stampin' Trimmer, Stampin' Dimensionals

I hope you will join in and create a card with us.....and please feel free to leave me and the other CCMC participants some comments! :)

Cheers

  3. I can't imagine that the other card could have been any better than this one! It is beautiful! I am impressed that your four year old could get the handle off the Big Shot! Future engineer perhaps?

  5. I'm like Lisa, this card is so pretty that I wouldn't have guessed this wasn't your primary design! The colors of those cascading dots is so lovely! Super clean and classy card! I hope you find your handle soon... it generally would be hard for me to stamp and create without my Big Shot so I really feel for you!!
