Welcome to this week's Create with Connie and Mary Thursday Challenge.

I haven't done a Bokeh card in a while and I thought this sketch would be cool to play with.

The colours from Just Add Ink inspired me this week...some purple and green....although I may have missed the deadline.

Here's our sketch....

  1. Gorgeous! The vellum flowers are lovely with the bokeh, as are the pearls. I also really like the combination of the "natural" elements.

  2. Bike is one of my very favorite techniques! You've created such a beauty here with the colors and delicate vellum flowers!

    1. That is supposed to read bokeh, not bike! Darn auto correct! Lol!

  3. Such a pretty soft looking background using that Bokeh technique! Great job with the sketch challenge!

  4. So pretty and elegant Alison! Love those velum flowers and I can see why you'd be inspired by those colors. Gorgeous!

  5. Alyson this card is gorgeous with a capital G! I love those vellum flowers with the bokeh and your colours give an ethereal feel to your card. I love it!

  6. Your vellum flowers are so awesome with your pretty bokeh! Great mix of texture, and I love to see the staples!

Hi! Thanks so much for visiting my blog and sharing the love of cardmaking! Your comments are appreciated!
Peace & love
