Sometimes I have little scraps of card stock on my table that just happen to look cool together and I get inspired to make a 'scrap card'.
That's exactly what happened here and I turned to Freshly Made Sketches to make it work!
There's not too much current SU product on here apart from the Basic Black cardstock, Pool Party card stock and Basic Black DSP (for the chevron pattern). The Ampersand is from a retired alphabet die...I don't even know where the scallop circle is from...and the border is from one of those bound copies of goodness-knows-what-but-I-ditched-it-but-kept-the-cool-border-thingo. :)
