Stampin' Up! Australia - Stampin' Up! No Bones About It - The Card Concept

Hi

When I saw the blog post over at The Card Concept outlining a Design Team call, I was super-excited.

I love the idea behind The Card Concept and how interesting the different types of card making styles are. It gave me the opportunity to examine my own style of card making and I think I fall into the Clean and Layered style....I often try for Clean and Simple, but I think my default and most comfortable style is Clean and Layered or Clean and Graphic.

So I decided to make a Clean and Graphic (and I think it is Layered as well!) for my Design Team application....and here it is:

I was inspired by The Card Concept's challenge from back in April:

I always like to refer to a sketch for inspiration, so I looked to Fusion for their sketch this week...

I'd love to be on this Design Team....those that I have served on before have always pushed my creativity and the fellow designers have inspired me no end. I also love to comment on participant's creations....this vast world of paper-crafters is truly a wonderful place and I love blog surfing and "meeting" new crafters. :)

If The Card Concept team have dropped in to have a look around, then this paragraph is for you! I am on Facebook (....like all the time!) and I am very active on social media (Pinterest and Instagram). Thanks for dropping by - hope you like my work. :)

Wish me luck!!

Cheers

  2. I really like what you've done with this stamp set. I spent most of the weekend playing with it, just to see what it could do so I know this is sensational. Looks stunning!
