Stampin' Up! Australia - Stampin' Up! Wondrous Wreath Christmas Card

Hi!

Welcome to this week's CASE-ing the Catty Blog Hop! Welcome from Kathryn's blog!

This week the Blog Hop challenge is all about CASE-ing a project from the Christmas section (pages 67 - 72) of the 2015-2016 Stampin' Up! Catalogue.

CASE stands for Copy and Share Everything.  This whole blog hop is about using the current Stampin' Up! Catalogues to help you create.  Sometimes crafters need a springboard to just get started and the catalogues are certainly a demonstrator or customer's best resource.

For my card, I used the Wondrous Wreath stamp set. I love the layered look of the original card.

Here's my inspiration....

Stampin' Up! Australia - Stampin' Up! You've Got This

Hi

Welcome to this week's Create with Connie and Mary Thursday Challenge.

I got this stamp set for free by participating in a demo-only social media challenge recently. So exciting! I love free stuff....especially free stamps. :)

Perfect Plum is a fairly bold colour, but when it is watercoloured the saturation is so much easier to control so the flower came out quite soft and subtle which I liked.

Here are our colours....

I used the Mojo Monday sketch to help me too. :)

Card recipe

Stamp - You've Got This, A Dozen Thoughts
Ink - Perfect Plum, Mint Macaron, Sahara Sand
Cardstock- Very Vanilla, Watercolor Paper, Perfect Plum, Mint Macaron
Tools - Stampin' Trimmer, Multipurpose Liquid Glue,
Paper Snips, Aquapainter, Dimensionals
Accessories - Very Vintage Designer Buttons, Linen Thread, Sahara Sand Lace Trim

I hope you will join in and create a card with us.....and please feel free to leave me and the other CCMC participants some comments! :)

Cheers

Stampin' Up! Australia - My 500th blog post!!!

Hi

A significant blog post for me today....my 500th blog post!! YAY!

When I started this blog some 6 years ago, I never thought I would become a regular blogger, let alone a Stampin' Up! demonstrator. I do love this little hobby of mine and I'm so glad to be able to share it with those who drop in to see my little projects. xxx

So, it's Monday which means an Artful Stampers Blog Hop! Welcome from Anna's blog!

These colours stumped me a little bit but I took my cues from Old Olive and Watermelon Wonder and thought I would make a Christmas card to add to my stash for the end of the year.

I used Wondrous Wreath for all the stamped images and the In Color Envelope paper for the Tip Top Taupe background. The pearl on the bow is from the new Metal Rimmed Pearls embellishment pack.

Here are the colours for the challenge...

Stampin' Up! Australia - Mini Treat Bag Thinlit Die

Hi!

Welcome to this week's CASE-ing the Catty Blog Hop! Welcome from Rachel's blog!

This week the Blog Hop challenge is all about CASE-ing a project from the Gift Packaging section (pages 55 - 66) of the 2015-2016 Stampin' Up! Catalogue.

CASE stands for Copy and Share Everything.  This whole blog hop is about using the current Stampin' Up! Catalogues to help you create.  Sometimes crafters need a springboard to just get started and the catalogues are certainly a demonstrator or customer's best resource.

I've done a very VERY simple treat bag using the Mini Treat Bag Thinlit Dies and the In Color Envelope Paper in Tip Top Taupe.

This is going to a colleague at work tomorrow. It is his birthday on the weekend and I will find a delicious cookie or sweet treat to put in the bag for him.

I didn't dress it up too much as I wanted to keep it nice and simple. The bag, the banner and the 'For You' are all made from dies in the thinlit set. The Starburst is from the retired Starburst Framelits and the Whisper White circle was punched using the 1 3/4 inch circle punch.

Here's my inspiration....
