Stampin' Up! Australia - Stampin' Up! Painted Petals

Hi

Welcome to this week's Create with Connie and Mary Thursday Challenge.

I used the Painted Petals set to create my image using Blackberry Bliss, Smoky Slate and Soft Sky. The white jute ribbon and the embossed layer of Whisper White gave a neutral background to my card.
I deliberately left off the sentiment since this could be a wedding card or a birthday card....I will wait and see! :)

Here are the colours for this week's challenge:

Here is the sketch from CASE This Sketch that inspired the layout of my card:

Card recipe

Stamp - Painted Petals
Ink - Blackberry Bliss, Soft Sky, Smoky Slate
Cardstock- Whisper White, Blackberry Bliss
Tools - Stampin' Trimmer, Stampin' Dimensionals, Fast Fuse, Big Shot, Labels Framelits, Deco Labels Framelits
Accessories - Jute Ribbon

I hope you will join in and create a card with us.....and please feel free to leave me and the other CCMC participants some comments! :)

Cheers

  10. I am so sorry I am late with my comments for this challenge! Graduation happened and we had lots of company that stayed into the week after graduation. There was just no time at my computer!

I love all the white with hints of color! Such a clean, fresh look! Great choice of embossing folder and ribbon.
