Stampin' Up! Australia - Color Coach Card #80 - CASE-ing the Catty 15

Tangelo Twist #2

#ColorCoachJourney

Hi

Welcome to CASE-ing the Catty for 2015!!! It's going to be a great year!

The colours on my card today are the Color Coach suggestions of Tangelo Twist, So Saffron and Garden Green.

I was inspired by the card on page 3 of the Sale-A-Bration catalogue. It makes use of the one stamp set, Best Day Ever, which is great when you want to make a quick card. Here's the image from the catalogue:

I used some paper from Confetti Celebration to decorate the bottom edge of my tag and a cute Tangelo Twist clothespin for the top.

Naturally, I thought I would play around with the colours a bit, so I made a second card using Garden Green as my base and inked sentiment and Tangelo Twist for the bokeh dots. The flowers on my second card are from Petite Petals.

I think I like my first card best.....what do YOU think?

I hope you like my cards. If you have been inspired by it and would like to support my creative business, all the supplies may be found by clicking through the links below which will take you to my store.

  2. Both cards look fantastic, Alison. The first one is so fresh & vibrant! Love the white on white layering & the way you have weighted the tag with the cute, spotty DSP. :)
